Last night, our friend Dawn came over to help me do some housework. She had been biking earlier that day, and had fallen resulting in some "boo boos" that she was showing the children. She also has had knee surgery, so we were explaining scars to the children.
Later that evening, after Zach got out of the bathtub, I ran into another room to get something. I came back to his room where he was huddled in his bath towel on the floor. Then I heard him say "Amen." I asked him what he was praying about, and he said it was that Dawn's boo-boo would heal. It was so sweet, and the first time I have heard him praying on his own.
Lord, that he would grow to be an amazing man of prayer...
