Last night we took the kids to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate the start of a new potty training week for Zach, and the fact that we'll be home for the next 5 weeks. We talked about it for a couple of days before hand, but didn't want the kids to know that we were going there... so we refer to it a "Mousey Queso." It's a code they somehow have not figured out yet. We also use "The Scottish Restaurant" when speaking of McDonald's (that one came from when Liza was in Kaz with a toddler who missed fries with a great passion.)
So, I'm wondering what other codes are out there that parents of young ones use or used to use. Use the comment link to share yours.

So funny! My favorite that immediately comes to mind is Suzy's new medicine. She LOVES any kind of medicine and will ask for Tylenol randomly. So, we have a new medicine called "Placebo." It's a little water, corn syrup and blue food coloring. It's pretty potent stuff! :)
We used to use sign language a lot when talking about cookies and such, but she's on to us now. :(

We refer to the park as the "pork" but I think Cody is catching on to it. We also used to spell "ice cream" but that didn't last long either.
When Nathaniel was little, we used to say "how about after the kids go to bed we have some 3.14285?" (pie)
when our kids were little we took them to the pool alot and once they caught on to us spelling "pool" we just took to refering to it as the "p". some people looked at us funny when we discussed going to the "p"
